I have to Log in about 20 times after launching to actually get in the game

NVDIA RTX 5080 32GB RAM, AMD RYZEN CPU, 2TB Storage - Starlink Internet 400Mbps Download speed, 25-30Mbps Upload
Every time i try to log in to the game i get the error Paprika, W:8:00002EF1, I do this about 5-8 times before it actually lets me sign into the game.

If you’re encountering the PAPRIKA Error Code, please try logging out of the game and back in to see if it resolves the issue.
If that doesn’t help and there is no scheduled maintenance, please refer to our Network Troubleshooting Guide to explore potential solutions to the problem. We also have an Advanced Troubleshooting Guide, if the Network Troubleshooting Guide does not help.
Same, I'm being told I have parental controls on my console at loading. I move past that problem to only be met with "cannot connect to playstation servers" genuinely this might be worse than EA. Bungie ik you try but.. seriously, cant comm, nor play a loadable game without getting bummed out. Horror show!
