Deluxe Edition not recognized after server outage
Hello,
I purchased the Marathon Deluxe Edition on Steam, but the game currently does not recognize that I own it.
When I first launched the game, the servers were down. At one point I was briefly able to enter the game, but I was immediately disconnected and returned to the main menu.
After the servers came back online, I launched the game again. However, the game still shows the option to "Upgrade to Deluxe", and none of the Deluxe Edition rewards or content are available in my account.
In Steam the Deluxe DLC is installed and enabled, and the purchase is confirmed in my library. I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps:
Restarting the game and Steam
Verifying game files
Toggling the Deluxe DLC in Steam
Relaunching the game multiple times
Nothing has resolved the issue so far.
It seems like the game servers may not be correctly syncing my Deluxe license with my Bungie account.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is there a way to force the Deluxe Edition license to resync?
Thank you.

I’m exactly the same. Purchased the upgrade to the pass today have restarted everything. Restarted steam, verified the files within steam and still nothing.
I ran into the same problem, even though I just wanted cool skins. And there's no solution.
自分も同じです。せっかく買ったのに反映されてなくて悲しい。
Same

So I don't know if this will help any of you all, but if you go into the d. LC portion in steam and just turn off the pre. Order dlc in steam for some reason. The that seems to work it worked for me. I unchecked the box in the dlc page in steam
Update: The issue has been resolved and everything is working correctly now. The Deluxe Edition content has appeared and the game recognizes the Deluxe version. Thank you!
