No deluxe rewards or preorder bonuses
I have bought the deluxe edition on Steam after the server slam. I just fired it up for the first time now. I have no preorder or deluxe rewards, but did get my server slam rewards.
I have checked the Accessing and Restoring Licenses page and everything is downloaded and activated as expected.
