Corrupted Deluxe Content

Hello, good evening 

After upgrading my game to the Deluxe Edition to support it, I unfortunately noticed that the content that is supposed to be unlocked is not available. I can pay silk to unlock it, but I receive a corrupted item instead. My Deluxe status seems to be in a hybrid activated / non-activated state.

This is very frustrating, as I still spent money for it.

What should I do? I have already restarted the game several times, and the purchase was made yesterday.

    Thanks for reporting this. I'm sorry to hear your Deluxe Edition items appear to be missing or corrupted.   • Here are 4 screenshots showing each step. First, I choose the item I want to unlock and click on the one that interests me. Then I select “unlock,” but it shows “invalid,” followed by another screen with nothing on it. This happens with all premium content.

    I found the solution. I had to go to:

    • Store

    • Offers (top right corner)

    • Click on Season 1 Premium Reward Pass

    • Reclaim the pass

    After that, it worked.

    For your information, it seems that without doing this I was still able to unlock the premium content, but it appeared to be corrupted, as you were able to see. It may be useful to inform players who purchased the Deluxe Edition upgrade that they need to manually reclaim the Premium Pass afterward.
