Lost all my stuff due to a full server shut down

Bungie Account Name - Heedbon#3132
Platform - Steam - Description of Issue - Don't shut down your servers and refund two of my team mates but I'm assuming I died to AI and I'm not getting refunded. All 3 of us DC'd at different times and my two mates got a full refund and I got hee haw. I get to lose all my materialist gear and upgraded weapons because of YOUR server issue whilst my two mates are grand. Also seems to have fully reset mission progress on all 3 of us even parts that were completed in previous matches so maybe look into that also...

- Repro steps - Don't shut down your servers and not refund the lobby for crashing. I get f***** over because of the server full closing with 5 minutes (+1) before it is meant to shut down.

In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

Bungie Support If you check the match log you will see that first my team mate Noot#4494 disconnected first and then about 30 seconds to a minute later I disconnect climbing a wall where NPC's were standing. Shortly after I DC'd my mate Aztrum.#2392 ran over to me as it appeared the NPC's were attacking me and he also disconnected before making it to myself. We all restarted our games but I'm assuming due to the fact bots were shooting me that I died and because of that wasn't refunded. However not one of us could reconnect to the server crashing when there was still 5 minutes + overtime. They then got the refund message due to the server issue. I got match still on-going message leave or wait. I waited for 10 minutes at which point it was pointless to wait as the lobby would have well and truly been over.
No disconnections where due to internet as it affected all 3 of us and 2 refunds were sent out with the system in place.
