Unable to connect - Error Code: Weasel

Hi everyone,
I've been unable to play the game since it came out due to Error Code: Weasel popping up 30 seconds into me being on the main menu.

I have tried basically every fix under the sun. I've followed the Network Troubleshooting Guide and done everything it's suggested. 
I've tried a wired connection, wifi, and a tethered connection from my phone. I've also tried each of those with and without a VPN.
I've double checked and changed my DNS settings, and have run several command prompt commands to reset everything. I've also hard reset both my modem and router several times. I've gotten in contact with my ISP and they could not see anything on either their end or mine, but suggested for me to reach out to the developer.

I was able to play the server slam without a single issue. When the game launched I was able to complete the tutorial after disconnecting a couple of times, then play one regular match without issue. Since then I've constantly been getting this error.
