Only some Deluxe Items and Server slam items are not in inventory
I'm seeing some of the Deluxe items are available but none of the skins are there for my shells. Also, I have the messages for the items from the server slam but none of them are in my Vault or can be claimed from the message.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you were missing items from your Deluxe edition. We have since resolved an issue preventing players from acquiring their Deluxe Edition items. If you haven't already, please restart the Marathon game client and your items will automatically be available in the Customization menu.
As for the Server Slam rewards, please ensure that there is enough available space in your Vault to claim your rewards.
