We understand you're unable to sign in to Marathon on PS5. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have caused concern. If you haven't yet done so, you may wish to see if some Network Troubleshooting helps to resolve this.

if you're getting the nightingale error code you're not alone. there are quite a few posts about this both on this forum and reddit. the response you got from bungie help was a bot and not a real person. this is a typical bungie server issue and likely has nothing to do with your setup. hoping they actually do something about it quickly and release a day 1 bug fix patch.
