Did not receive rewards from the server slam for hitting level 30, Twitch drops from the server slam, and deluxe edition items.

We've gotten reports of players encountering issues accessing their deluxe rewards. We're currently investigating the underlying cause of this. In the meantime, Accessing and Restoring Licenses may help you to access your purchased content. Your patience and understanding while this is ongoing is appreciated.
Regarding your Twitch and Server Slam rewards, please allow for 24 hours for them to arrive from the time that the game launched. If you have not received them after that time, then please let us know, and we'll review.
Also missing the pre-order rewards as well.
