I also had the same issue. Mine occurred around June 2nd at 6:00 AM CST how can we report this issue to Bungie?

3. Stuck in infinite matchmaking for nearly an hour. If we leave the queue we will lose all our loot, please help. We're queue'ing for cryo and on NA East servers.
