Heat Cascade Gave Permanent Overheat + Damage - Stuck With 4s Left

First time I've encountered this in 180h. Interestingly, it even stayed on AFTER SELF-REVIVE???

Shockingly Poor Official Discord Moderation - APPEAL FORM/SITE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL

Volunteer mods in the official Discord server are extremely selective with who/what they time out (often letting trolls go on and on for hours) and dish out 24h to ONE WEEK timeouts for the smalles...
