I didn't get access to the reward pass when I purchased the deluxe edition

I bought a deluxe set for the marathon, but I didn't get a reward pass. What should I do? Should I keep donating to get what I already have?

I can't buy a rewards pass because I spent a token on a knife skin that is given for buying a rewards pass
