    Gotta find your own chem grenades now. I have the same issue. Though when I went and threw chem grenades on the lab equipment the first time it just didn't get destroyed. . .

    I suppose it's possible that the game limits your access to contracts with certain factions if you've leveled them up to a certain threshold until you've leveled your account or other factions more...
