    Enemy runner spawned the Anomaly, but was not marked on the map while carrying it around on Night Marsh.

    Had a match on Night Marsh where the Anomaly didn't show up on the map after it was coalesced and while a runner was holding it before stabilization.

    Restarting the game seems to be necessary only if you exfil successfully, I've been doing that for 2 days and haven't had a single crash at the start of the match
