Got knocked out of the Exfil circle as it went off, still made it back in before it fully disappeared, and still got left behind. Lost all my quest progress and full inventory

I was trying to clear out space in my vault to accept the server slam rewards, and even though i had a gun selected to sell, it sold all my rewards instead. I have no way of getting them back.
