Miss Faction rewards issue

I have to Miss faction level up rewards I can not collect. When clicking on the claim button it makes the sound but does not give rewards. I now have two rewards that I cannot collect. Other factions seem to be working fine but Miss is a no go.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue preventing VIP Faction Rank rewards from being claimed and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.

Somehow my auto correct has changed Mida to Miss… my bad. The issue is with not being able to collecting MIDA faction rewards.
