Unable to claim VIP faction reward

I was VIP level 1 with Cyac today when I logged in. While I was playing I got to VIP level 2 and I now have a reward waiting for me. Only thing is that when I click on it to claim it the little sound bite plays but I never get the reward. The notification that I have a reward stays up but it can't be redeemed
