Using abilities shows the refresh timer at 0

It does go back to normal after a few minutes.

This is within Vault Breaker.

So basically, I used my prime ability or my other ability (can't remember what that's called lol) and it works fine but the timer only shows 0 as its being refilled. I also even used an energy amp and it still showed zero.
