Thank you for your report.
If you mean the Night Stalker title/codex entry that asks you to complete all Night Stalker challenges, there were real Night Stalker codex issues in Season 2 rather than this just being player confusion.
One confirmed bug in that set was the Spacebucks challenge only progressing by 1 per qualifying spend instead of by the actual number of certs spent, which made completion much slower than the challenge wording implied. That could absolutely leave the overall Night Stalker completion feeling stuck if that challenge was one of the last blockers.
There was also a separate Night Stalker codex/title issue where the reward naming did not match the codex entry, so that whole title track had more than one bug around it in S2.
We are currently investigating these situations.
Hi, the Spacebucks challenge being stuck at 15/15 but not counting as complete is still bugged. Could you please allow the Nightstalker title to bypass that challenge?
