Placed in Trios lobby even when I selected SOLO and Crew fill is OFF
Has happened to me multiple times already where I load into a SOLO game with crew fill off obviously and the game puts me in a Trios lobby. I saved the video to check if I selected the correct playlist and yes, it's not working properly for some reason.
I lost my only gold shield and my only gold misriah because of that so I don't know if there could be a compensation for that because I wasn't meant to queue into a Trios game.

Regarding lost items, support is not able to manually restore any lost items or progress. In cases where a qualifying server-side error occurs, any item recovery is handled automatically by the game systems.
