Lost gear after a game froze

Just loaded into a match in outpost with a UESC Sponsored Kit, as soon as i loaded up i went to tweak some graphic settings and when i hit apply the game froze, i could hear my teammates talking but the game was stuck in the graphics screen and the in-game cursor dissapeared it was only showing the windows cursor. game fully closed, i loaded back in to find the surprise i was eliminated, i dont think it's fair losing my gear over a gamecrash i think i could get it sent back to me for this incovenience.

I play on Steam, my username is elmencho69#5222, Happened around 7:00-7:10 EST, and no error codes or anything, game just froze then closed by itself and this is the first time this has happened
