Contracts have not been reset since the beginning of the second season

Description of Issue:
All quests were supposed to be reset after the start of the new season. But the "Data Reconstruction" contract remained from last season
As I understand it, many who have not completed the entire quest chain have encountered such a problem, and the error occurs on various unfinished contracts.
Also, the status of other corporations remained the same. If I opened them in the first season, they also remained open.
I can send you a screenshot of the quest status, but I'm not sure that it will help much.
Interestingly, at the very beginning, it seemed that the acquaintance with corporations was launched, but it seems that the trigger does not work further, because the information about contracts is not empty.
