Killed compiler and didn't get the codex entry for skin unlock

Hi, I killed the Compiler today as Assassin and did not get the codex entry for the skin unlock. I have screenshots to prove that I killed the Compiler as Assassin, and my friend who did the fight with me did receive the skin. I did plenty of damage to the boss.

Is it possible to award me the skin retrospectively considering this is clearly some kind of bug?

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time this happened
- Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
- Was the encounter multi-crew or just yours participating?
- Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
- Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
- What is the Bungie ID of your friend who did get the rewards?
- Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?
You can upload your screenshots, or any video footage you managed to take, to a public video hosting site, like YouTube or Imgur. Then, you can post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

- I'm on PC/Steam

- Occurred on 2/6/26 at around 11.30PM-1230 ACST

- Our crew did not start the Compiler encounter, it was multi-crew and another crew had the DNA key

- I personally shot the Compiler's exposed weak spot with around 70-100 bully rounds

- I don't have screenshots showing the hits unfortunately, but I have screenshots showing myself as Assassin in the post-compiler area after looting the rewards and holding the contraband weapon

- My friend who did get the rewards is AngryAngus#4496

- I was missing both the Codex progress and the skin
