Ran Cryo with Recon skin and killed compiler with multiple other teams and exfil and did not receive Recon skin or any compiler related codex entries

Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports from players who haven't received the expected Codex rewards after defeating the Compiler, and we are currently investigating.
