Tracking Hurting Hands V4 Triage Cloak/Snapshot Rifling

- Description of Issue - Tracking body implant issue. When tracking the Hurting Hands V4 with Traige Cloak, the Hurting Hands V4 Snapshot Rifling also becomes tracked. This also happens the other way around, when tracking the Rifling version, the Traige Cloak is tracked.
