Final Exfil not showing up on Dire Marsh

When did it happen: The round finished around 12:11 (UTC+2), so ~20mins ago
Mode: Dire Marsh, Solo Queue
What happened: Final Exfill didnt show up on the Map, after the timer ran out and the last minute began, therefore i couldnt exfil, lost all loot and died. There was also a lockdown of Algae Ponds.
Loot: Went in with my best purple gear, thermals and also did my first purple key, so the loot from that room is also lost!
My question: I noticed that your policy is to not refund any gear, but this bug seems rare and extremely frustrating, i am above lvl100 and never noticed or heard about it before. So i would be grateful, if there could be any sort of compensation/refunding, in this case. Since that was my first purple key run and i risked a lot bringing in purple stuff like thermals, that are pretty hard to obtain.
