Missing codex after exfil

Hi, today I exfilled with two yellow items: Alien Alloy and a Prestige Key, but after exfil I didn’t receive either codex that I was supposed to get. I also played another match and still nothing. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you.

For the Alien Alloy not counting toward this challenge, we're aware of this issue occurring under specific circumstances and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.

For the Prestige Key Template challenge, please note that a Prestige Key will not suffice, and players will need to specifically find a Prestige Key Template.
