When dying my body fell through small crack in floor between ramp outside Processing and when ally managed to resurrect me, my shell was spawned beneath the map.

When i went back in a later run, there is a clear gap in the map along that ramp that has no collision.

It is along the ramp beside the side building in Processing, Outpost.
