Marathon needs an urgent performance patch
the game needs a performance patch as soon as possible. Especially on the Outpost map, the FPS keeps dropping and jumping around places
its not consistent, but overall, a proper performance patch is definitely needed.

Thanks for reporting this. I'm sorry to hear you're getting poor performance and low framerates when running the game.
For launch, our team prioritized performance for low- and mid-spec PCs to ensure as many people as possible are able to play, but we also want players with high-end hardware to enjoy a smooth performance.
We are actively working on tuning and optimizing game performance for higher-spec PCs in the long term.We want to be transparent that this will take some time and won't come all "at once" in a single season.
As an important side note, please know that Marathon may not be able to run smoothly on laptops, if that is your case.
thanks for the answer and no im not playing it on the laptop i usually get 100-120 fps but things change when im on outpost it drops to 60. todays refresh rate standard is minimum 144hz soo yk what i mean thanks for the answer anyway
