Game crash loss of items

Issue: Game crashed when opening map and crashed again when i loaded the game back up third try it loaded properly and i had been eliminated. no crashing issues because of map or on startup prior to this

Time: early this morning 1am or late last night around midnight

Repro steps: opened my map after looting a hazard room?
