I’ve already tried all trouble shooting and the game still says marathon servers are not available

We understand that you're unable to sign in to Marathon, even after Network Troubleshooting. This does seem odd to us. By any chance, are you encountering any error codes in addition to any error messages you're seeing?
In addition to the above, please let us know which platform you play on. We'll then review.
