Bought the preorder of deluxe editiona nd none of that stuff is accessible. please help me.

Having a similar issue; I have the deluxe pre-order and it's not showing in game. Have tried fully restarting my PC after completing the tutorial and a few runs, about to try a re-install of the deluxe DLC parts
tell me if it works having same issue
