It's running as if it's heavily cpu bound, but if you're noticing a hard cap check if vsync is turned on in game and turn it off. In my case I think it turned on by itself and I had my fps capped at 120 (with a 240hz monitor). If your monitor is set to 160hz that's probably it, it caps fps to half refresh rate, in your case 80.
