Triage (poss other shells) Mastery Quest not unlocking in Codex after completion.

- Description of Issue - Title says it all. While doing an action that should have progressed/completed a mastery objective for the Triage shell (In the case of the video Hippocratic Oath, but did happen to me a few hours prior when doing both Beneficial Virulence and Collateral [Friendly]. However, I did not record the issue because it affected only Collateral which is much easier to get and doesn't need me to find/bring in rarer items/buffs like Beneficial did.

Either this issue is exclusively tied to Reboot+ (and therefore Triage) or it's a Codex/Mastery Challenge tracking bug that could/is affecting all shells.
