Can't duo queue

There is no duo queues. I'd like to play with one of my friends and we usually don't have anyone else to play with. Makes the game that much harder and demoralizing to play, making us not want to engage. Please, I beg you, add a duo option. You did it with solo queue, and that works great!

Attempt to load into a run on any map. Click off "crew fill." Displays as "Crew Fill: off." Load into a run. Find other runners in-game, notice they are a trio.
