Disabled Voicechat
My account’s voicechat is disabled and does not give me the option to toggle on or off. The game tells me to go to Bungie.net/permissions. The only thing that link is telling me to do is reach out to KWS to remove parental controls. They responded saying this is a Bungie issue and I need to talk to their game support. I made this account in 2014 while in college, not sure why it’s locked like this.

We previously launched a mandatory "date of birth" for bungie accounts. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat.
