    Bungie Support same thing happened to me, and the gear was ultimately not refunded, please can we get this stuff back. It's such a shame to lose stuff like that right at the beginning of the season

    Same thing happened to me, I understand things can be tricky when the servers are slammed but I'd be really disappointed to lose the superior sponsored kit I earned to server issues.
