Bungie Support, I have received everything except for the icon(avatar) the smileyworm one. Could you please do something about it?

Yeah. I did try to do all the steps above, but nothing changes. I am truly hoping for a fix. There's a quite of things that are broken/bugged in the game, but I'm pretty sure Bungie can fix it, hop...
