This happens in trios, too and you can't see where the entire team is.

3. I can see invisible UESC NPCs through the walls.

Same card, driver, and OS. Both the visible Ghosts and flares happen no matter what, so it's easy to reproduce. I can confirm that both also happened to me during the October test.
