Thanks Bungie support for noticing this. I was worried about having to always ensure Visual studio was closed every time I launched in the future

I had the same Issue, I had visual studio open debugging unreal editor. They denied my appeal ticket. its a shame, I have no idea how they didn't catch this as a falsely flagged program to ban cons...
