I've received the post launch twitch drops, but am still waiting for the Server Slam twitch drops. Is this still a known issue?

I received the twitch drop box within my marathon mail box and claimed it; however, I have not received any of the rewards in my inventory... Akin to other players, I can see it in my twitch drops ...
