I fixed the issue for me, it was either clearing off a lot of room on the SSD that Marathon was installed on or disabling the Nvidia overlay. Not sure why either of those would make the game not ut...

I have the same issue as well, never had it happen for any other game, just Marathon. Task Manager shows 1% GPU usage. My PC runs any other game with no problems and is more than capable of running...
