3. Collector’s Edition emblem code not working

If we provide proof of purchase, can Bungie just issue us the codes now that they sell the Collector's Edition?  This seems like a much easier solution.

Is it possible that we can submit proof of purchase and Bungie can just issue us new codes? Bungie is already selling the Collector's Edition on their own site now.
