Crippling gameplay issues
Since the start of season 2, I have had constant issues with my cradle buffs actually working.
For the majority of season 2 my cradle just did not actually work.
I found a post on the forums with similar symptoms and now any time I want to play I have to fully reset cradle, close the game, clear the download cache and reapply points or cradle buffs will not work.
At the same time both me and my duo have major desync issues if we don’t do this process which either doesn’t show our shots hitting enemies or just getting deleted while other teammates say they saw us taking shots and should have had time to react.
Clearing the download cache helps me and my affected friend for one to two matches but persists on all maps

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're running into persistent Cradle and syncing issues since Season 2 started. Since you mentioned that both issues seem to temporarily resolve when you clear your download cache, could you first try the steps below, if you haven't already?

Both have been done multiple times. I even built a full new pc and performance was worse on massively better specs until I did the afformentioned fix.
It’s been something persisting in season 2.
Also loot, exp, and faction exp aren’t properly working when my game isn’t working correctly
