Banned for no reason
Friend got banned for absolutely no reason and no explanation. No warning or anything. Tried to make an appeal and this company just doesn't look or respond at all. I know for a fact they don't cheat and would like to know what proof they'd need to provide to get the ban resolved.
Like your game a lot and with 3k players cap daily you'd expect them to want to help a little.

If your account has incurred a ban, then the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction Contact Form.
Additionally, ban appeals are not conducted on the forums. Once you've submitted an appeal, you'll have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. If several weeks pass with no reply, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place.
