Introducing Traxus quest is missing a step
I cannot clear Introducing Traxus. The only steps shown on my mission are
"Hack terminal at Maintenance, Complex, or Bio-Research"
And
"Scan the nearby shipping container before it is picked up"
Nothing about having to defeat a UESC Commander like how I see in the YouTube videos up of how to beat it.

Thank you for reporting this. We'll pass this along to the relevant team for further investigation. In the meantime, you may try going directly to the shipping container and scan it after hacking the terminal and see if it progresses your contract.
