loosing all my gear because of bug

I was playing solo on the Outpost map when I encountered a bug and a game error that caused me to lose all of my equipment. In total, I lost more than 29K worth of gear.Here is everything I lost:

I lost a Gold Strider, a Gold Battle Pistol, a Spectral Gold Shield, 2 Gold Destroyer Cores, and a Gold Medical Bag.
