  We understand you have a core you're unable to equip or convert via the Matter Converter. Having reviewed the video you shared, this does seem quite strange. So we can effectively investigate, please consider sharing the following details with us:

  • How did you obtain this core?
  • If any particular steps prior to this issue arising seemed to trigger it, then please outline them for us.
  • The approximate date and time you first noticed this issue on.

  i obtained it on outpost in the red room
  i use it 2 time in game, after i quit the game and re-enter at a later time the mod was on my vault and after clearing some space i placed it on the vault and tried to place it in my backpack and even inside the core zone
  
  the time and date was approximate 07/31/26 at 22:30 PM italy (time)
