Server Issue
so, i started the game with this setup, the gold implat was a "warped" tipe, it changed from purple to gold at the start of this run
the purple shield is a "warped" tipe too, but it didn't work out after a couple of run and after this one is "lost"
after we compleate the run all 3 of us take the "monkey" error code after a couple of minut that we killed that particular rook
is this a server problem?
can i have a refound?
and no i pressed that botton for waiting a couple of time but it didn't work, the game crashed afterword and at the reset it still give me the same error, we decide to press "continue" and the game telled that we disconnected but the game give the refound only at 2 player instead of 3 (so i have taken the short straw)

Error code MONKEY is a general networking disconnect that we’re actively tracking. Your disconnect is automatically reported on our side when it happens, so that run is already flagged for investigation.
Were you trying to complete a specific contract when this happened? Did the crash close the game completely or send you back to the main menu?
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
