Game crashed during a match and I lost all my gear

Hello, My game suddenly crashed during a match. I did not disconnect intentionally. After launching the game again, I discovered that I had lost all of the gear and loot I was carrying before the crash. Platform: PS5 Approximate time: 1:35 am PDT Bungie ID: pub_low#5725 Could you please investigate this issue? If possible, I would appreciate having my lost gear restored. Thank you.

- What contract were you completing at the time?
- Do you have any videos or screenshots from before the crash?
- Were there any error codes or error messages?

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
